Blue Color for label and tics in patch

I see this too for the above case. However, I can't see why. The axis
handle is coming back with xcolor, etc set to [0,0,1], whereas the
default is [0,0,0]. I see nowhere where xcolor is set with the patch,
__patch__ or __go_patch__ functions.. Most strange...
