[PATCH] Fix compilation with OpenMPI 1.2.4

Hi all,

mpi.h from OpenMPI 1.2.4 defines SIZEOF_INT and this conflicts with Octave's 
own definition of the same variable, resulting in a compile error.

Attached patch against Octave 3.0.0 fixes it.
