Bug on octave 3.1.51+ with pkg install

[Riccardo Corradini]

The variable filenames before the function call is no more valid just type
whos filenames at the breakpoint (keyboard)
Hope this may give more pieces of information to correct the bug

This seems to be an issue with how anonymous function handles are 
treated in the parser, as "is_architecture_dependent" is defined in 
pkg.m. I'm not sure of a solution however at this point.
