Many of the messages sent to the bug list use the template from the
bug-report script, so I assume people are still using it. I suppose
we could eliminate it if we move to a web-based bug tracker which
prompts for useful information. Then as a backup, we could perhaps
generate a bug-report template and simply ask that people fill out the
template and mail it to us using their favorite mail program.
