assignin not working

Hi,

in current development tree, assignin is not working due to invalid
scope (-1) used in call to symbol_table::varref. I think that the
default (current) scope should be used, because
octave_call_stack::goto_caller_frame () sets the current scope.
Attached it a patch and it seems to fix the problem.
