Bug on LEGEND function

Hi,

I am new to Octave. I installed the 3.0.3 Octave/Windows VC++ version
on Windows Vista. The problem I am having is that the "location"
parameter in the function LEGEND is not working. My plot has two
curves and I am trying to make a legend using

legend('Spectrum','Kernel','location','north')

It does not put the legend in the "North" and instead gives me the
message "WARNING: ignoring extra legend entries".
