Yeah, I'd like that too, and we have discussed this topic several
times in the past.  Would you like to set it up and manage it, and, if
the switch to a bug tracking system requires a change in the way bugs
are reported, fix up all the pointers in the documentation and
elsewhere to explain the new procedure?
