Scalar assignment error

Hi John,
   First let me say that the Octave object
testing is going very well.  Only a few minor
bugs here and there.

   Great work!

   The  assignment error is different than I originally thought.
Nothing to do with objects.  See attached script.

   x(':',:) = 1

gives and error if x is 1x1.
