[CHANGESET] Syntax error in configure

There is a syntax error in configure, which causes this:

    $ ./configure
    [snip]    
    checking for GL/gl.h... yes
    checking for GL/glu.h... yes
    ./configure: line 10813: ,: command not found
    checking for OpenGL/gl.h... no
    [snip]

It also causes a useless check for OpenGL/gl.h.

The changeset attached below fixed the problem.
