FW: upfirdn bug (was resample bug)

The octave crashing (ver MSVC2008 3.0.1 by Michael Goffioul) is actually caused by upfirdn.oct which is called by resample.

Hello octave/octaveforge programmers

When calling resample (probably part of the signal toolbox of octave forge), under windows version MSVC2008 3.0.1 by Michael Goffioul, octave crashes !
