FW: upfirdn bug (was resample bug)

Hello David,

Sorry for the missing information. I hope that following is sufficient:

I am using Octave 3.0.1, MSVC2008 build by Michale Goffioul.
The upfirdn function which crashes octave is the oct file located in c:\Program Files\Octave\libexec\octave\packages\signal-1.0.7\i686-pc-msdosmsvc-api-v32\upfirdn.oct

Octave is crashing when for example I am simply executing the following at the octave console prompt:
y=upfirdn(1:100,ones(1,20),5,1);

A window pops up - tilted: octave-3.0.1.exe - Application Error
with the message:
The instruction at "0x101686f0" referenced memory at "0x00000004". The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program

I am getting the same crash on two XP-sp3 machines I have.

Seems to work here. Perhaps if you gave a example of what causes your
issue someone might be able to do something about it. But your current
report is of no use.. Please read

The octave crashing (ver MSVC2008 3.0.1 by Michael Goffioul) is actually caused by upfirdn.oct which is called by resample.
