Where to post questions concerning console

Hi everyone,

I would like to ask where can I post a bug/wrong setting for the console application that comes with the the Windows installer version of octave3.0.0.

This application has the same font color as background color at least on Vista 64 it has. Maybe there is no font plotted.  I already played with the colors but that does not help.
Some info:

octave-3.0.0 and octave-forge
Windows Vistta Home Premium 64 bit edition.

The normal shell does however work. Only when I install the console things go wrong.
