Warning: "time.oct clears the following functions"

Since I've rebuilt the current hg default branch from source (last 
build was something like 3 weeks ago), I get the following warning 
upon each start of Octave:

warning: reloading 
/home/cls/soft/octave-3.1-hg-mb/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu2.6/libexec/octave/3.0.0+/oct/x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu/time.oct 
clears the following functions:
warning:   localtime
warning:   strftime

This is under x86_64, Linux. Is this just a problem with my 
particular build, or do other people also see this?
