Does sqp example work ?

I haven't been familiar with discussion from January, but since I also
use sqp(), I took a look: I'm using the same windows version (3.0.1)
and I confirm the bug (the bug being that returned result doesn't
comply with constraints g, right?). I get the same result also in
3.0.2 MinGW version released recently. However, I got correct result
in version compiled from recent development sources (that is in Linux
though), so the problem seems to be fixed there.
