Does sqp example work ?

So the algorithm is stuck at starting point, I see...  that would also
explain why iter = 1 and why I should read old threads more carefully
:)
Anyway, since development version is fixed, the bug will hopefully not
be present in future release. I'm not sure if there is any way to
manually correct sqp in 3.0.1, could anyone comment on that? If not,
then only solution for now is to compile Octave from mercurial
sources, I guess...
