plot() is very slow in Octave 3.0.1, but OK in Octave 2.1.

Hello
On my cygwin system, it takes about 7 seconds for first plot, 2 or 3 second for subquent plots.
It was tested cygwin official octave release (3.0.1).
For my unofficial binary, first plot about 3 second, 1 second for subquent plots.
My machine HT-Pentium 3.4GHz, Memeory 1GB, Win XP3.
My unofficial cygwin octave is avaible at.
