[changeset] clarification to pcolor doc-string

Please add to the default branch (3.1.51). It should probably go into  
3.0.x as well.

Francesco, I've entered this changeset in your name. I'm happy to  
assist in further changes as well. I have some basic scripts setup to  
produce changesets so submitting them is rather simple. If you're  
willing, the effort on my end would be further simplified if  you  
could edit the original doc-string and include it in your emails.

Don't worry if you get some of the tex-info wrong, I (or someone else)  
will be happy to correct that. For me what is important is that the  
entire doc-string is clear and consistent. Thanks!
