What version of octave did you install? AFAIK, I didn't provided
any 3.0.2 version compiled with VC++.
If you installed 2 versions compiled with VC++, compare the version
information of the files liblapack.dll (or lapack.dll) and libblas.dll
(orr blas.dll) in <octave_root>\bin (right-click on the file and select
"Properties").
