Unstable handling of cell arrays by the parser
Description:

Octave's parser seems to check cell array definitions
depending on where definition occurs. While I can easily do
c = {n y x} with some n,y,x
I got a parser error when defining the same cell array as an input
to a function
result = testbug2(s,{n y x});
Repeat-By:
---------
s = 'a string'; n = 3; x = rand(n); y = 'float';
result = {n y x} % --- works well, but
result = testbug2(s,{n y x}); % --- fails with the parser
function out = testbug2(arg1,argcell2)
out = argcell2;
Fix:

A work around for this was to separate the elements by commas
result = testbug2(s,{n, y, x});
