Hi,

I'm using Octave 3.2.0 for Windows. It was installed from
Octave-3.2.0_i686-pc-mingw32_gcc-4.3.0_setup.exe

Also:
>which cheb
`cheb' is a function from the file
k:\Octave\3.2.0_gcc-4.3.0\share\octave\packages\signal-1.0.10\cheb.m

I'll try the patch tomorrow.
