gnuplot error in 'demo contrast'

Hi

Running 'demo contrast', I get the following error from gnuplot

"
multiplot> set terminal x11 enhanced title "Figure 1"
                        ^
           line 0: You can't change the terminal in multiplot mode
"

This is with a recent checkout of Octave and gnuplot 4.3.0
