gcc 3.4.1 is not recommeded in mingw octave build

Hello

Until recently the 'MinGW-5.1.3.exe', which is automated mingw installer, will install gcc-3.4.1 as
'current', however now it will intall gcc-3.4.5 as 'current'.
I re-build my mingw-Octave on gcc-3.4.5 and aware that some problems during make check were less than
before.

I strongly recommend to update your mingw if your gcc on mingw is 3.4.1. 

I will rebuild all external libraries that I have built by the gcc 3.4.5.
After that I will replace my binaries by those.
However it is a time consuming matter, please wait a while.
