waitforbuttonpress patch install

Thanks David! I have waitforbuttonpress alive and running! I got to read a
bit about path and so on but it was very clear in the online manual albeit
not straightforward to find because the manual is not browsable. The only
thing I need to settle now is making the path to the new directory where I
pasted the .m stable because at this point I need to load that path every
time I open a new Octave session. I just hope to find it in the manual, it
seems something rather simple.
