Hi Jaroslav,

How do you plan to handle website updates?  I can help with this one,
but I'm not sure if I can generally be sure to help with all Also, will
the tarballs be moved to
ftp://ftp.octave.org/pub/octave/octave-3.0.2.tar.gz ?  I ask because
it's important to make sure that the website has the most recent releases.

Also, John, do you plan to link to your snapshots on the website on the
download page?
