EPS-Files for LaTeX via the epslatexstandalone gnuplot export filter

Hi,

I have written a epslatexplot-fuction, it is still a gamma version,
but it works on my MS-WIN-Octave-MikTeX installation.

Fell free to improve it and test it under UNIX (GnuLinux).
