Hello octave on cygwin users

I will stop the my octave distribution in the near future, because gcc-4 on cygwin resolved the
slowness issue due to exception handling.
You can easily get new high performance octave on cygwin at

For current ofdficial release gnuplot 4.3.2, mouse zooming are not possible.
So my octave release I attached the gnuplot-4.3(cvs)  which enable mouse zooming.
If you would like to use mouse zooming facitilties, you should use gnuplot-4.3(cvs).

Although it is not so difficult to build gnuplot-4.3(cvs) on cygwin,
I have prepared gnuplot-4.3(cvs) binary on cygwin
