I have an array V(1,N) . I am running some operation where I need to declare two boundary conditions at V(0) and V(N+1). To do this I declared V= zeros(0,N+1). But I still keep getting the following error: 

error: invalid vector index = 0
error: assignment failed, or no method for `matrix = scalar'
error: evaluating assignment expression near line 116, column 5


Can you please help me and tell me how to declare the index where 0 is included.
