Installing 3.0.5 in Windows Vista

Hi there,

I unzipped the bz2 file using WinZip, but then could not find a setup or
install file...WinZip does not seem to be able to do it either (it normally
allows for the Install icon to come to life when it identifies such file.

How can I install 3.0.5 in my PC???
