Intallation on a machine using Windows 2000

Dear Octave,

    I downloaded the recent version "Stable", but couldn't fined an instruction how to istall it on a machine using Windows 2000. The "Install" file in the downloaded package has only installation on a UNIX machine.

    Is it possibe to use Octave with Windows 2000? Where can a get a detailed installation instructions.
