Unix-to-MSVC compilation scripts‏

I am working on a project about compiling octave in MSVC environment.Ｉread in
readme.msvc and found that glob and Unix-to-MSVC compilation scripts could
not be available on internet anymore. Do nice somebody still have one on
your side? Could you forward me a copy please? Or some important advice?
