convert matlab to octave

Thanks Ivan,
Got it, did some digging around. Found out that Octaves ode45 solver
wants the differential file name specified as @filename.m where Matlab
uses 'filename.m', made the change and it seems to work. Will be back
with more questions I'm sure!
