Set the title font size of a figure

Hi all,

I use octave to produce figures for my paper. I found the font size of the
title is too small and I need to increase it. However, it seems "-F:size"
option only works with text in the figure but not the title and the axis
labels. Is there any way that I can set the font size of the title?
