I'm not sure what changed, but now icpc 10.whatever on IA64 is
happy.  I have some other issues, but they seem related to local
library installations.

(I also should note that icpc generates an absurd number of
"remarks".  Every one I've checked is meaningless.  Blah.
Seriously, if there are *no* arguments to a member function
called from another member function of the same class,
complaining that "operands are evaluated in unspecified order" is
*stupid*.)
