[changeset] : adjustment of tolerance for single precision tests in chol.cc

Building the default branch on Mac OSX using Apple's vecLib results in  
a failure for the single precision chol.cc tests.

The attached changeset increases the tolerance form 1e1*eps('single')  
to 2e1*eps('single').
