It's best to avoid using these sequence numbers to refer to changesets
because they are not necessarily the saem in all repositories.  But
the longer IDs should be unique.  So please refer to patches by either
the 40 character Node ID, or the shorter one that follows the sequence
number in changeset line of the hg log output.
