octave-3.0.0 could not be built on updated mingw

Hello

The 'make' has just finished.
This time Octave runs without segmentation violation.

All failure this time came from my introducing the libdl without considering what it is.
That is Unixy tool and it is no mean for the mingw.

I apologise again.
