[Changeset]: qrshift, qrupdate, qrinsert, qrdelete converted for single precision

Attached is the patch that finishes the conversion of qrshift, qrupdate,
qrinsert, qrdelete for single precision. The part of these functions in
libcruft was already converted and this code just adds the glue that was
missing in the DEFUN_DLD function and adds some tests for the single
precision case.
