combining nchoosek with bincoeff

I made first a changeset to nchoosek, then one more, with respect to the
previous one.  Should I make one more, with respect to the last one?
That would make three changesets in a chain.

If you prefer a single changeset with respect to the official version (I
do not know mercurial terminology) please suggest me how to do it using
the hg command, as I could not understand it quickly by reading the
docs...
