[changeset] tics to respect axis font properties

I'm wading a bit deeper into __go_draw_axis__(), and have taken a shot  
at having the ticlabels respect the axis font properties.

I've done some testing, but as I'm not sure about the construction of  
some of the if-blocks, I'd appreciate it if others would try this out  
as well.
