build failure (oop.texi: Misplaced "{" & "}")

I'll try to build again with your change.

Strangely, I was able to build manually using the configure opts  
applied by Fink early in the year, but having Fink do it all with a  
more recent .info file failed. I have a busy several hours ahead, but  
will try to isolate the differences as time permits.
