3.0.4 RC4

Hi,

the 3.0.4 RC4 tarballs are available at
http://artax.karlin.mff.cuni.cz/~hajej2am/ulozna/octave/

3.0.4 has been long delayed by my own lack of time (and I confess I
prefer development to management) and recently also some show-stopping
bugs.
In the advent of 3.2.0, maybe it's not really much important to get
3.0.4 out, but I'd still do it.
