3.0.4 RC4

I have tested on mingw with gcc-4.3.2-dw2-TDM.

I used modified test_io.m as is shown in my previous post.

Integrated test scripts:

  d:\usr\Tatsu\mingwhome\octaves\octave-3.0.4RC4\src\ov-fcn-handle.cc  PASS    2/3    FAIL 1

Fixed test scripts:

  test_string.m .......................................... PASS  130/131  FAIL 1
Summary:

  PASS   4124
  FAIL      2  
  
The both errors are known. The first will be solved in the development branch and the second is
trivial.  It can be ignored.

So for make check test is fine in MSVC buiding.  Perhaps Benjamin will give similar results.
