What does "factor faster than" mean to you?

In any case, I would recommend using ATLAS because it is free (as in
freedom) software.  MKL is not.  Likewise for ifort.

Are you interested in helping the community of free software users?
If so, then please consider using and promoting free software tools
rather than proprietary tools like ifort and MKL.
