Building using TDM mingw32-gcc-4.3.0-2 succeeds.

These are known, same as reported on cygwin.

test_string.m .......................................... PASS   78/79 
FAIL 1

This is strange. Executing the test code manually works perfectly well, 
but when calling "make check" it fails. So never mind this one.
