Hi Jaroslav,
for cygwin I would like to include
the following two patches before 3.2:
- hg_conf3
corrects my mistake in SHLBINPRE SHLBIN for cygwin.
This fault arise only in the installation phase so I missed
it before.
- hg_sysdep2
completly removes the CYGWIN_init as it not needed.
